This is not a series of bugs, it is only one and it occurs under the circumstances I described in my post: "I ran Reports, entered my userID, chose report "History by Stock Number", selected 1 month of history, and all items." Upon pressing the Enter key, I got the following message from the system:...

this is going to sound snotty and ungrateful, but...

Under the circumstances of your decision to NOT include any rudimentary totals or summaries, I would think it's a better choice to just NOT do the feature. I mean if it doesn't improve on anything...why bother? I'd just choose to keep the timecards and clocks I already use and continue manually addi...

time card feature

I would like to see each day's total hours and minutes shown (expressed as hours.hundredths) in a Total column, and the Total column summed for the duration of the timecard.

Thanks for considering adding the feature. It's a 'nice to have' feature, but important nonetheless.

some thoughts

Being one of those owners of carts in malls where the employees often run crazy... Depending on the mall management company's predisposition toward a**hole-ness, a cart owner can be fined hefty sums for employees who do not open the store on time. A great example is the Mall of America. If my employ...

feature issue in 6.35

The new feature in 6.35 where two or more identical items entered consecutively in the purchase window will be combined onto one line is working as advertised. That said, it is also causing some aggrevations for staff and I thought I'd bring to attention here. Our shop sells sunglasses, the cheap ki...

Thanks for the quick reply. I accept that the change is something larger than you are likely to undertake. That said, let me clarify what I was originally thinking about its potential uses. First, the wish has nothing to do with sales history for me. I know where to find that information already in ...

searchable histories

I really like the ability to search my daily total sales summary reports by date range. I'm wondering if there would be a chance to include this same "search" interface on the other history reports (stock number, category, employee) to allow this same level of drill down on the other reports.

last received date

Is there any chance of having a "last received date" field included in the stock table? I suppose the date could come automatically from the Receive program, or be entered manually. For my needs, this would allow me to get a better handle on tired or dead stock.
