How do you add value to existing gift cards?

ok I've figured it out, I can now input numbers in to the inventory column, and I understand what the model column is for, didn't read post well enough. sorry!
My only remaining question is how do I get an automatic report telling me what I need to order.

When I print receipts the program minimises itself and the printer display opens, is there anyway I can make the printer display open in the background so POS is always open on top? Its a pain to have to keep flicking between programs, especially when business is busy.
