Yeah, it will be great if you can find out which card is inactive, zero balance, so you can clear those out to save database space.

psung, Both the POS program and the KITCHEN program have to have their PATH set to the GLOBAL folder. The KITCHEN program can be run from any folder on any computer on the network. The only restriction on setting the KITCHEN printer is that you cannot use the same printer port the POS program is us...

I am trying setup with one computer and two printers, so I need to create a Global folder as well as a Local folder of the POS like you mentioned in the Kitchen features. So both POS.exe and Kitchen.exe run in Local folder but pointing to Global folder is how you describe the setup? Sorry, a bit con...

So how do you void a completed transaction from the list after you go to 5.Void?

There are only 4 options: ESC, Pre. Trans, Next Trans, and Print?

Hi Dale I understand the purpose of Remote.exe now, I just wonder whether it is possible to modify the Remote.exe to show only the items sold. The original layout is brillant, it looks like some of the fastfood chain kitchen monitor. Just hope that maybe this can be a new feature in DHPOS' future ve...

Is it possible to leave out the total, amount tendered, change, etc. from the REMOTE.EXE?

I don't know think the kitchen wants to know those, and kind of distracted from knowing what has been ordered or sold.

Thank you Andrew for the quick reply. So Computer A share the folder where DHPOS is located, and Computer B accesses the Remote.exe in the share folder of Computer A, is it how it is? There is no need to have another DHPOS folder in Computer B? Sounds simpler than actually setting up the DHPOS netwo...

So this has to go through Network setup, and Remote.EXE will automatically scroll up as new entry is being entered, right?

Can it scroll back to check old entries?

Kitchen Printer or Display

Just wonder whether it is possible to setup DHPOS with an additional display or printer so the kitchen can know what to prepare?

Rounding Bug?

Hi, I am new to DHPOS Forum and living in New Zealand. I've been testing 6.39g version and everything is great but found that the rounding is not quite "smart". Maybe it is due to the coins and GST we use here? Smallest value is 10 cents, so Rounding is set to round to the .10 GST is set to 12.5% in...
