Baud: 19200
Stop Bit: 8
Parity: 1
Flow Control: DTR/DSR

Drivers are loaded correctly - from official epson website.

Is there any option to switch off the open register printing? Its just that we dont need the open printout only the closing one and if one of the employees and switching on the till then they can read it :S
