If you have downloaded the manual, you could try scanning the end of configuration code, then try the test use MS Word.

i have tried 'end of configuration' still not working, i think there something wrong with scanner itself.

thank you for reply, i tried to scan a product barcode while Word is open, but there is nothing displayed on the blank document. and according to the user's manual it says, 'the scanner has successfully decode,but the object is not removed from scan window. the scanner is in programming mode.' er.. ...

hi ,everyone. i'm using a ZEBEX 3051HS barcode scanner with DHPOS. Every time i try to scan a barcode [13digits] as a input to my stock table, scanner turn into programming mode and no matter what press on keyboard it does not continue to scan. does anyone has such experience, and solutions for this...
