On the whole dhpos is much more user focused than anything that I have ever used before.

The only draw back is that the pos software that I have used in the past allows more detailed reports to be obtained that can be printed on a back office printer.

Chris Thanks for the tip :) but I have already used this option and would still like to tweak/change the layout of my receipt. i.e. the allignment of certain field. Not just erasing the inclusion of a label but maybe changing the inclusion of a data field altogether. A prime example would be not to ...
