AAAAAAAAH the client software for this is horrible. It doesn't come with an uninstaller, you have to manually delete the files and remove it's registery keys. Its just insane. I've found it pretty good, and hmm, I wonder what this does... When i did that, it launched the installer program for me.

having it as a web-based app is an even better idea. No system requirements for the client/front desk stations, just some computer that can run a web browser.

Dale wrote the key finder program - it's his own creation.
neat. i think that would be kind of neat to play with.
on another note, you might be able to integrate this with dhpos for ringing up the keys sold, but this might just cause mass headaches.

I would be more like one, if you were to say buy a plane ticket, a bag of chips, soda and a few candy bars for the ride....all at the same desk. Which you don't...would be nice if you could, but the FAA would undoubtably have something to say against the notion. Knowing the government, they would p...

Re: Panic attack

Tina, You almost caused a panic attack here because the setup I use depends upon this feature. For the uninformed. POS has a hidden feature. From the main menu of the POS program you can press [F4] to suspend the POS program and run another program of your choosing. When the other program is finish...

Possible, you could try a VNC setup or Norton pcAnywhere.

I don't see how it's misleading if they say the cost is to cover the postage and handling, as well as packaging and actually creating the CD. $30.00 (the charge I saw on their site) seems a reasonable price. It's not really a competitor of DHPOS and people are free to choose their POS system of cho...
