Thanks for the advice, but I try to leave BIOS alone as often as possible. It's really not severe enough for me to justify screwing my computer to the wall over a misplaced character. I'll try google.com, and post any articles that I find possibly useful to others.

I don't know if I can speak for Isunw, but for me:

From the POS Main Menu, I select "8. Reports", enter the password, and then the 'list' pops up, instead of the PIN entry prompt. Everywhere else the PIN prompt comes up without any trouble.

Narasimha, Good luck with the conversion to the VAT system....I've never expierienced it first hand, but have heard from the folks in corperate accounting it can be a nightmare if you're not used to it. Andrew, Well, to answer both questions at once. It's a complete reverse. While using DHPOS if the NumLock is on, the program reacts as is if it's off. Noticed that when you do a refund, the customer info doesn't display on the "void" screens. I use v6.31, and all the customer info fields are set to "Save Only". Is this supposed to happen?
