Great feature but you asked for sugestions. I think it would be nice to be able to print just one transaction at a time if needed. This would be nice for approaching someone who was doing somthing they wernt supposed to do. Like an unautherised cash drop/pull, or no sale.

I wrote a backroom program but have no way to distrobute it other then FTP but that dosnt work vary well. I would recremend keeping a log of the activity you do on the program as a backup. I think it would be nice to have the program keep track, in the journal, of who enters the reports menu and what they print inside it as well as who closes or views the closing screen. This way I can keep track of if people are getting too cerious.

it is possible,... i havent tried this in awhile but if you create the stock # the normal way and set the opposite of the price you want then open your .tbl file and insert a minos in front of the number.

I wrote somthing similer to what you discribed as a cashroom program but received little intrest except from one or two people but i do have a version I am working on for myself that will do almost excatly what you explaned including a pickup notifyer. I will post a link when I get this version work...

I dont know enough about how the program is written to say if this would be easyer for dale or not but if it just asked for the employ pin at this point and printed the employ on the jornal makeing it so... -one if someone did infact do somthing you know who did it -and two you still have some secur...

I might play around with some VB.net and see if i can come up with a program that can look at the stock table and compare it to the privious days and come up with sales by stock# then you could set somthing up to tell it what is in all the diffrient #s and it can figure out what was used. Dont get y...
