Dale is still trying to find time to finish the theater thing. After that I may look into X-Charge because they just made it much easier. Then customer accounts. Take your time. Couldn't you just make your own TAX list and link it to the bottle. You said the VAT is 17% and 22%, then link TAX 17% or 22% to all bottles, cans, and glass containers (or what ever they accept their) too them.

Thanks for everyone's help... not!!! I found the problem out by myself. I had a setting on the laser printer set wrong (font size).

Try downloading and installing the most current DHPOS version, and make sure that the beep sound option is OFF. After, make sure there isn't a program that will make your system beep when you press certain keys.
