DHPOS cannot send a logo to the printer. If the printer itself has memory within which allows a logo to be stored, you'll need to find a manual/instructions on how to work that out with the printer.

Powerbob, from the sounds of it you have not set the password mode for voids under "Passwords & Name" in POSCONFG. Look into the REMOTE.EXE application which comes with DHPOS. You can enter the file paths of your various POS installations and it will show their pole displays on-screen. However this is not purposely designed for kitchen use as it refreshes whatever is being outputted to the pole display data file...

At what stage during the sale are you pressing F6? There are some points at which it will not trigger the park feature. For example: after pressing + to get a subtotal and sitting at the "cancel, print sales check, print receipt" menu.
