stocktable windows auto appear when go to new sale

Post by videotek » Tue May 06, 2008 12:47 am

hello all,

try to get some help from you guys.

we had upgraded to latest 6.4h version. it has been working great.
this afternoon one girl used stock table to update the price, as normally they did before.
(maybe someone using another till to do the sale at the same time, i don't know)

now some problem on both tills: when go to sale, the stack table automatically appears without press F1 key, occupy half screen. we always use bar code reader.
not really need search stock table to find the item. So every time we have to press ESC key to close this stock table.
also background has been changed to gray color.

I spend couple hours try to find any setting has been altered, I can't find any at all.

if you could give me some hints/help, i would very appreciate it.

thanks for your time.

videotek,

Go to the "Stock table" feature of the POSCONFG.EXE program and press [F4] to enter the stock table. Now press [F6] for the "Groups" feature. You want to press [F5] to select "Do not use groups"
