I have fixed the bug you found about the program asking you to repark the sale after you enter the amount tendered.

BTW, your description of the probem was excellent. I found the problem right away and the area in the program that was causing the bug.

Thank you for letting me know that you could find it easy with my description.

I have just notice that when entring chequs that the it centered on the screen I though it should be in the box below the purchase #. I do not what to start a war on this, I was just worndring if it could be moved over and it would look a lot better. It is just my veiw on it

There is an obsure reason why the windows that take the check information are centered on the screen. A reason so obsure that at the moment I have no idea what it is.

However a possibility is that the window that takes the location from which the check was issued goes completely accross the screen. You may not ask for the location so you have not noticed it, but there it is. And since one of the windows asking for check information had to be centered (because it goes all the way accross the screen) I may have decided, "What the heck, I will just center them all." On the other hand that reason could just be a vicious rumor.

But your note does not answer the basic question, "Is this thing (version 6.39b) ready for release. Everyone wants to jump on me when they find a problem, how about telling me when you can't?

I have not found any more errors to do with parked sales. I have tryed it in network mode with 4 computer and stand alone and it looks like the bug I posted is gone. I think it is ready for release.

I'm sorry that I did not answer your question yesterday. I downloade it at the same time as posting the thing about the chequ thing.

Heck, I've just got so much on my plate right now I just haven't had a chance to look at this one at all...

Ps does this DL include all the other recent bits - like groups, changing the column order in the sales screen, sale by time and all

All features that appear in previous versions will still be in later versions unless I announce that they have been changed.

So groups, changing the column order in the sales screen, and sales by time are all in version 6.39b
