listerofsmeg,
You should be able to access the site by going to http://www.software.dms.pweb.info

The program (EXE file), can be downloaded from this link:
http://www.software.dms.pweb.info/qsale.zip

Note: be sure you have the .NET Framework 2.0+ installed.
It can be downloaded from here:
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/deta ... laylang=en .

Verify it is installed by using this image: http://i1.tinypic.com/s24i68.jpg

TimLight,
For now, I am going to release a final version of QSale and then I am going to redo the full version (I can put in many new things, such as a better interface, better security, etc...)

On another note, the QSale version (to be released) will have a startup wizard to use the program. You are required to use the wizard to use the program. It will setup things like company information, security, etc...

Just curious if you have a status check or some screen shots for the last version of QSale or the next version of vbPOS.

And since it is in the infatile stage, PLEASE make vbPOS more dependent on the keyboard and LESS on the mouse!

TimLight:
Sorry, I have not been able to work on it, for the past 2 weeks, becuase I was in Pennsylvania on vacation.

listerofsmeg:
I don't really know why you can't access the site. Did you try it on more than 1 or 2 computers?

That's so strange that those links don't work for you guys! I just tried both of them and they are working fine for me.

You're just lucky Tim - they didn't work for me either earlier this morning (that's before you were out of bed in your neck of the woods)

I got through to the link, however...

I don't have Windows XP

I don't have .NET Framework 2.0+ Installed.

so there is no point in me downloading the file.

It seems as though you have limited your market.

Why use such high powered and restrictive programming tools to make something as simple as a POS program?

Try these:

http://software.dms.pweb.info/qsale.zip
