I've disabled guest posting... henceforth, you MUST be registered and logged in to post. This it to prevent spam

I think it's best to just keep the login requirement across the board - otherwise we will still be plagued with this spam in the unregistered-accessible board.

Dale seems to think we should re-allow guest access, I'm waiting to hear why
So we may end up putting it back or doing... something.

Peachey, except that forum would get spammed to death...
The spam bots search automatically for open forums.
I'm looking at a way around this

maybe some sort of CAPTCHA system, on
DLWPD's blog to post a comment you have to ansewer a simple mathamatical question eg: 10+2.

I found a way to maybe re-allow guest access, it would require you to select from a drop down list to verify you are a person
Most of the spam bots today choke on this, but should be easy enough for a genuine human being...
I'll see when I can implement this, next week is brutal...

Some of those are quite funny, would it be like 'The United States is a:
a) Country
b) City
c) Person
d) Kind of food'?
