hi there,im portuguese so...sorry for my english
first,i love this pos.finally a guet around one that i can work whith.thanks .
i have um pos working on a pc with a serie 500 lexmark printer and its working fine,in another pc i have a serie 1100 lexmark multiservices printer, the problem is...the pos don´t recognize the printer,e thas evething apart from printing,but e says printer ready an everthing.
any ideas??

1. Are you using APRINT.EXE or APRINT2.EXE?
2. Is the printer output option set to FILE?

Arnie,

Assuming that your printer connects to your computer by a USB port you have to use the APRINT program to send the print data. Here are the instructions http://keyhut.com/postip4.htm#aprint
