Multiple Local DHPOS Under 1 Computer

Is there a way to limit multiple open DHPOS under Windows?
The reason for this is that employees might not realize that they have opened multiple LOCAL folders thus giving problems in the read receiving file amongst other things.

Actually, if you can find some kiosk software, you can set it up to only open up one instance of DHPOS. If you are okay with your employees exiting the program, just write the password for the kiosk software on a sticky note and stick it to the terminal.
