Hi, I know a bit about writing software in QuickBasic and I'm wondering how I might peform a sale remotely. I want to create a self checkout system but there is no way that I've found to send commands to DHPOS to start a sale.

One of my friends is setting up a store and he would like a couple of self-checkout stands. Is it possible to send commands to DHPOS through QuickBasic that would basically perform a sale.

Is it possible?

I cannot think of any way without making big changes to the POS program.
