Well, he's not selling the software. He's selling a printer with a link to free POS software (we presume it's DHPOS as it doesn't actually say so).

Our beef is when people are actually selling DHPOS itself, which is strictly not allowed, you must always point out that the software itself is free and can be downloaded by anyone.

Well I have not caught them in the sense that I could grab them and shake them, but I have found folks trying to sell DHPOS over the internet.

Plus I also get requests all the time for a copy of the program that does not have my name on it and does not say that it is free. They have various reasons for this request but they always assure me that the special copy is only for their use. This is the reason that several versions ago I modified the program so that if you use a hex editor to change my name and the announcement that the program is free, that the program will shut down when you try to run it.
