problem with closing register

Hi Dale,
I am using the newest DHPOS and I got the following problem when closing the register:
9 out of 10 times when closing/printing/erasing... my register there is a fast message from aprint telling me something about zero file size. No closing receipt is printed. I have to open POS again then and print it out of the void feature. BUT when I do this, it also does not print propperly but starts a print with a view thousand pages. I need to close the register then, close the window so aprint would stop working on that print job. Then I need to open the .DRY file and erase the last thing in the file that looks like this:
Any chance you heard about this problem before or you can imagine what it is?
