When you quote gas prices, what do you say: 2.299 or 2.29 or 2.30. I think most people say 2.29 and ignore the .009, but they are really paying that. Most likely people wouldn't buy 2.300 gas when they could get 2.299 gas (since they most likely don't even look at the last 9, and think that it is a full cent cheaper).[/url]
