Hi

I've been helping out as a volunteer at campsite recently and have got involved with their IT systems. I've already installed a computer running DHPOS to handle both shop and activity payments, and its worked really well - but now need some system to organise our activity facilities and instructors

I'm looking into creating my own system using Access but this will take time (can only do it when i'm back home as my laptop at uni doesnt have MS Access on it yet) but does anyone know of some good free software that can allow me to schedule kit, locations and staff?
