OT: CC Merchant services

Hi
I am getting quotes for cc and echeck service and I was wondering if anyone had any experiences with Echecks and certain good CC transaction companies...
Right now I am planning on probably a service using a Telecheck Eclipse terminal (or something comparable like SCAN) that will accept electronic checks as we don't want to deal with utterance (a local problem (plus state law makes it even more complicated)).
The quote I have from my bank is Visa/Mastercard 1.43%+$.10 with $50 app fee and $10/month (chargeback =$25 )
This is for a season (9 months) water gardening/wildlife store.
