Date Format Bug

Post by Bobby » Thu Jan 18, 2007 9:46 pm

Hi Dale,

Just wanted to let you know that there is a date format bug. I am not sure what version that it started in, but I saw it in 6.39f. I thought that I needed to update, but it is still here in 6.39g. What happens is that I use the date format "01 Jan 2000" That is the way that I like it to print on the receipt. I guess that the formatting is also related to how the date prints on the main screen. Here is how it prints the main screen:

Code: Select all

**********
*01  2007*
* THURSDAY
*  12:00:00pm
**********
If you want a screen shot, let me know.

Later,
Bobby

I also have the same problem with the date.

I had (and even reselected) the following format - Jan 17, 2007

However, ever since the new year, only " 17, 2007" shows up my my reports and the main screen shows " 17, 2007"
" WEDNESDAY"
" 10:54:12pm "

I even check my backup on my laptop and it shows the same way.

This is fixed. Download this file and unzip it http://keyhut.com/pos.zip

Only the POS.EXE file will be labeled 6.39h
