it is freeware, you only pay if you want phone support!

edit. I have used it before, download via http://www.theultimatevideo.com/download/download.htm

edit2: IT's not freewARE ANY MORE! it was until the end of 2006, s$%!

edit:3 Just google it to find the freeware one!
