You might need to provide us with some more details, such as:

what version of DHPOS are you using
do you get any error messages
have you enabled the park sales feature in POSCONFG (by setting the number of allowed park sales to something greater than zero)?

Heman,

Worked just fine for me. It saved the sale and then later retrived the sale. Maybe you are expecting it to do something that it is not supposed to do?

Can you describe the problem you are having?

Working fine for me as well.

At what stage during the sale are you pressing F6? There are some points at which it will not trigger the park feature. For example: after pressing + to get a subtotal and sitting at the "cancel, print sales check, print receipt" menu.

hahaha...i also been cheated before.. try this..

park an apple in code 100

scan an orange in list n F6 -3 , it will ask for code to retrieve..
input code 100 to retrieve apple, then i input 101 to save orange..

but the list still remain orange..
n the code 100 gone , but the code 101 there with the apple..

It is happing here on me to.
add an item to a sale (1) and park it useing option 2 give it a number i.e 100
add an other item to this new sale (2) then park it with option 3 enter the nubmer of the parked sale you what to go back to i.e 100 and then give the sale (2) a park number and you will see that it happens.

Hello Dale,

Here is what I did to repeat the bug:

Started a sale.
input item 1 apple
hit f6
press 2 to park sale and start new sale
input 100 to save sale
input item 2 orange
hit f6
press 3 to park sale and retrieve parked sale
get transaction 100
park sale as 101
new sale is item 2 orange

parked sale 100 disappears and so does item 1 apple.
