DHPOS was designed and programmed for Windows...

The best possibile solution (I can think of) is using Boot Camp, if supported. Note that you will have to purchase a Windows Disc.

I don't know if you can on a PPC processor, but try Parallels - I've got POS running in that, esp. good with coherence mode

1. Go buy a copy of Parallels;
2. RTFM

It's so easy a caveman can do it.

Ugh.

A) Upgrade to new technology. (Recommended)
B) Buy windows and hope it works.
C) Use a da** pc!

I doubt a MacBook will help you unless you put BootCamp, Parallels, or some other Windows emulation software on it.
As everyone has said before, DHPOS is a DOS program. This means that it will work on any machine that runs DOS. This includes windows. However, Mac does not run DOS, unless you use a Windows emulator.

I'm now using my iMac full time, I've just literally downloaded the latest VMWare Fusion Beta which allows you to have DOS or Windows in a window or full screen. VMWare is much the same as the Parallels program.

I believe that it uses one of your processors (you have an Intel Core Duo/Core 2 Duo processor, which has 2x processors (or cores) in one)

Its very simple to setup and use. You will need a copy of Windows on CD (DOS would require a USB floppy drive) I've been playing with Windows 2000, but i'm going to try XP and Vista shortly. You could run something like Windows 98 and I would imagine that POS will run perfectly. I believe that Fusion can actually use the Boot Camp partition now :)

Why Mac? Because they look good, they run fast and a monster corporation did'nt write the O/S with poor lazy code. I have a Vista machine here, and 1Gb of RAM is'nt enough for it - I had to upgrade the graphics to a 512Mb Radeon X1660Pro as it was crawling along.. sorry MS, but that just does'nt cut the mustard.

Alan
