Networking DOS soloutions

Post by IAN » Tue May 15, 2007 8:21 pm

Well, we all know any Graphical User Interface (GUI) has the potential to stop working correctly (crash) so i looked in to action some networking in DOS, which is very possable using Netware by a company Novell.
So as DOS is much harder to stop programs working i looked in to any Free networking in DOS and found this webpage http://www.dossolutions.pwp.blueyonder. ... etwork.htm

Also thinking on this subject it may be possable if using TCP/IP to connect 2 DOS systems over the internet? Peer-to-Peer in theroy?

Tell me what you think, its a basic idea but very practical and stable, you only have to wait for DOS to load and not the slow windows.
