Would it be possible to put a 'link' to the Customer Database from the main POS program instead of having to go into POSCONFG. This would be extremely helpful.

I know somebody who uses this software in a hair salon and they love it. They record client's services (eg. blow dry,shampoo etc.) by using the address fields in the customer info section so that when the client comes again they have a record of what they had done to their hair during their last visit.

At the moment, she has to process the transaction then go into POSCONFG to access the database so she can enter the information.

Why not just set up the customer info option to take the information at the beginning of a sale instead of at the end. Then all you will have to do is go into the sales screen and type in what ever you use to track them and it will come up.
