Hello all,

About 2 or 3 weeks ago I had to get a new printer, which only has a USB connection, so I installed APrint 3. - I am using DHPOS 6.40a

However, there is one thing I noticed since using this printer - when I close POS at the end of the day and the Close report prints, it no longer prints the "Close" transaction at the begining of the whole report. With my former printer it used to print the last transaction of the day, which is the Close, then prints all the transactions for the day.

I check Config but nothing I can see that needs to be changed.

Any suggestions?

Go to the "Journal" feature of the POSCONFG.EXE program and check the settings.

Do you have "Automate journal at open and close." set to YES ?

Do you have "Print the journal at close." set to YES ?

You might want to set the second one to NO
