DHpos640a bug/Fault?

Hi Dale ,
I notice that after upgrading to the latest POS640a , that when doing a reprint from "Voids" of a Gift Card sale the reprint does not show the giftcard details on it ie: ROBERT516 . The detail is "0" Giftcard.
Also somewhere in the Voids/Journal , a couple of transactions from the August 2007 month appear. This is in the October 2007 transactions. These " august" transactions do not seem to effect the figures on the final Sales Report.
Is there a way that closing POS via the close x block , and then reopening POS appear in the "voids / journal". It will only appear if the printer is set to print out the opening transaction.
Staff are closing the POS down , and noting checking the final figures on the screen . As I am in the Bar trade , the bar ladies are using this to short change the customers and then at the end of the shift balance the cash to suit the figures.
