dhpos installer

i have created an installer for dhpos. it is just an alternate way to install dhpos. installs to the program files directory and places a shortcut on the desktop and in the start menu. it can also do updates (say another version is released/bugs fixed). if you would like the installer version please post here. 64-bit is not supported here. if you would like the 64-bit version also post here quoting 64-bit.
