Hi Dale ,
After doing a 20% discount to a item through the Gift Card sale , and then doing a reprint “Tab” from the “voids” function , the discount does not appear on the reprinted hardcopy printer receipt. The total on the hardcopy is the same as before the discounted figures . The discounted figures show on the “Journal File” and the screen .
