Hello Dale & all,
I was going through my recorded gift cards and noticed that some of them have been redeemed (on paper) but not entered in the POS - leave it to new employees
Is there a way to remove those gift cards from the record?
Also, when I go to Reports to check on a gift card, the system will show me a "0" balance unless there has been a transaction (partial or whole) on that gift card. Is this was is supposed to be expected?
