When I parked a sale then I went to recall it to cash it out, it won't let me, when I press the + key it takes me to customer entry screen. I am using version 7.1B.


I am using groups too.




update:

after I could not cash out recalled parked sale, I logged out of register and then restarted it and parked sale that was not cashed out is now gone.

I tried it again and it happends everytime. If you have to shut register down with clicking on the (X) then the parked sale is lost. I am going to do some more testing and see what I can find out.

Two things.

1. You are not supposed to shut down the program by clicking on the [X] in the top right corner of the window.

2. What screen is displayed when you click on the [X]?

Small and I were in chat tonight working on this and the problem went away as soon as small upgraded to the current version 7.1c

I love disasters that require no effort on my part to fix.
