payout transactions

Dale,

when you do a payout transaction it does not list it on the payout transactions. It lists the amount of the payout and subtracts it from cash in reg, but does not list it in the transactions.

I tested with 7.1 thru 7.1c without any issues as described.

What version are you using? A problem similar to this was fixed in version 7.05a. but that was related to the dollar amounts.

There was a problem with sales reports in that the figures for
TOTAL PAYOUTS,TOTAL DISCOUNTS,TOTAL REDUCTIONS,TOTAL COUPONS,TOTAL VOIDS
would be all zeros even though there were actual figures to report. This has actually been an unknown problem for a couple of years.

Also Important:
Where in the program are you seeing this?
Is this only on the printed Closeout Report?
Is this only when viewing the Closeout on screen?
Is this only when viewing from the 5.Voids screen?
Is this only on a re-print from the 5.Voids screen?
Or from the Reports Menu when you run the 'Total Sales' report by Current / Range?
All of the Above? Some of the above?

I'll be 'it'. Marco!!
