Is there a way to set the cash-up totals to show the amount including VAT?
is it there already but I am maybe missing it?

"Cash up totals" is not a term we use here. What do you mean?

Hi Dale,

What we are looking for is a readout that shows the total sales for the day at the current time with sales tax included.
What we seem to be getting is a total for the sales but excluding sales tax.

Am I overlooking it on the reading or is it not there.

Thanks

Regards
Dale

On the closing screen or closing receipt the total sales including tax is the "GROSS SALES" figure.

If what you need is the 'end of day total sales' for just cash sales (with taxes/VAT) AND you do not use the Payout feature and Add/Remove Cash feature then; From the Closeout report take the CASH IN REG: line and minus the + CASH FUND: line will give you the total of your cash sales including taxes/VAT. This will work as long as when you start the POS you enter the correct opening cash fund (Till count/Cash-up) at the beginning of day.
