Info about Reward Program Rules found at various Companies

Post by brucef2112 » Sun Feb 26, 2012 1:28 am

DHPOS is getting a rewards program added to it. But this topic is not specific to the DHPOS software and its Rewards Program features.
This is more about finding information on how other companies run their respective reward programs. This is about the business part, not the software part.

But If you are thinking of having a rewards program in you store you should have rules of how your program will work.
So this Topic is to post information found about other company's program rules that may or may not apply to your situation but still are interesting help.

I came across Best Buys' program rules. Interesting to me was their "Program Annualization". very helpful in avoiding stale account activity. Take a look.
