Bruce,

I got the following from Bill...

I originally unzipped the BIGPOLEQ5 file in the same folder as the POS program. That was a mistake as it slowed the computer to an absolute crawl. When I removed the files and put them in a separate folder with the path to the POS program, the computer resumed its usual zippiness. I hope this helps others who may be having the same issue.

can you try this on the computer that was running slow for you and see if you also get better results?

Dale

I too could not get into chat cause it says something about an illegal something about java.

this is the work around that I have found to get into chat. Goto website below. in search box type #dhpos, that will take you to a link to click on to login to DHPOS chat. save it to favorites.

So is there anyway to get this to work while using POS in full screen mode on a PC running Windows XP?
