Bug:Not rounding off @15% discount

Hi,

Recently we have a sale going on and we give our customer 15% discount. However, we realised that the amount does not round off to 0.05 as we have set.

We check 5% and 10% and its perfect. Maybe you may want to know. The version we tried was 4.27 and 5.05.
