Crocker, you've got the wrong ip there...
192.168.x.x addresses are for internal local networks only... computer to computer. They are not directly accesible from other computers on the internet. The address you want to use is 68.97.x.x (fill in the x's), try
http://www.whatismyip.com to find your current address.
Aside from this, you may well be on a dynamic IP address, which would change every time you restart, and as such the address you post may not last very long. Check out
http://www.no-ip.org for ways around this.
