Grahamw,

How about you telling us something about the printer. Is it a parallel or serial printer? Do you have drivers for it? Is it printing? Is it printing correctly? Does it open the cash drawer? What do you want to know about the printer?

Grahamw,

I assume that you have the cable for it. Does the cable plug into the parallel printer port or one of the serial (com:) ports?

If it is the parallel printer port then you can load the "Generic" printer driver from Windows to use it.

If it is a serial printer then you will have to find the specific printer driver for that printer, probably from the manufacturer, and use the APRINT program that comes with POS. Even if you get the specific printer driver it still may not work even if you use APRINT. Serial printers are picky.
