DHES

I have just discovered this software and tried to install it with My Epson receipt printer and pole display. The printer works fine allthough it insists on giving me an error message before entereing starting the menu. The pole display however seems to change the starting point of writing every time and to start from mid line 2 and continue on line 1 - what do I do?
