This is a problem with your computer - not DHPOS. The file the error message returns is the problem - we had this problem posted a short while ago on the forum - please have a look and see if you can find that topic.
Note - before posting a topic, particularly those about errors - it is a good idea to search the forum/knowledgebase/archives to see if your question has been asked previously.

fatthamster,
I am not sure where the topic has gone but as I said this is not an error from DHPOS - this a problem with windows.
Windows ME and XP do not contain real DOS - they emulate it, thus we recommend the use of OS's such as 98/3.1 etc t run DHPOS fulltime in stores as they contain real DOS and run more smoothly.
I am assuming you haven't tried Google - by typing in a large portion of your error message I revealed a large number of results (over 300) for the exact phrase "the system file is not suitable for running ms".

You may need to modify your autoexec.nt file (found in c:\winnt\system32). There should also be a copy in c:\winnt\repair. It may work just to copy the one from repair to the system32 folder, but if not post back here and I'll give you instructions on how to edit and hopefully fix it. On XP systems, replace c:\winnt with c:\windows.

I cannot find c:\winnt on my system. The operating system i am using is windows XP. I would use it one of my computers with 95 and 3.1 but i am having trouble printing on those computers.
