why don't you visit the Epson POS site to download the driver for your Epson TM-U300P ?

Sign up free to the Epson site here - https://www.epsonexpert.com/login.htm

You do not need a DOS driver or any driver really for to use the printer with DH-POS as its the Parallel version of the printer.
