Is there a way of bring up a history of a sale?
right now I am going through a void screen to look up the history.
when a customer comes back and doesn't have a receipt, so I can look up when they bought a certain product. thanks guys.

The only way is to use voids. Customer info will show you the totals of past transactions but it was far to data-consuming to store full details of past sales.

I doubt it - see the reason, too much data to store and DHPOS would have to work overtime to perform the searches.

do you think there is a 3rd party sql or app that allready does all that. and you can just have dhpos have it search and get the answer from it? I'll do some research on the subject.

Well unfortunately DHPOS uses it's own database format, there's no SQL DB involved.
Unless Dale works on it (while asleep
) someone would need to write a program to go through and find/link customers and their sales.
