Help!!

I am having problems with a serial IDP3541, no matter what I do it carries out about 50 carrige returns between lines!! It does not matter if I print from notepad or POS using APrint. I am a bit frustarted having 1 Metre long receipts for 1 item!!

I have checked/changed Windows (ME) settings but it does not seem to make any difference I have tried different drivers (including generic/text only) I am pulling my hair out!!!

Any Ideas?

Sounds to me like a page size error. The carriage returns are more likely very long lines, in DHPOS ensure you don't have the printer set as a PAGE printer etc...

Also tried word wrap in Notepad and the citizen test print file in winword
