Suggestion for A "POS Keyboard"

Post by cmputerman » Thu Mar 17, 2005 5:46 pm

Ok, here goes. Get an extra keyboard and a USB to PS2 adapter, or you can try this with your normal keyboard.

Get this program http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4161.html

now
print little labels for the keys. For Example, Remap [ | \ ] to + so then put a little piece of paper on it saying "FINISH SALE"

and so on for the rest of the keys
it should make a good project for a POS keyboard, and keyboards are cheap. I havent treid this yet, but let me try this out!

Love this application, and has an interesting side use.

Just for fun, remap your [M] as [N], and your [N] as [M].

Keeps the roomie off my computer.
