Hello,
I have a problem when I press [+] to complete the sale. When I press it, it brings up a menu:
1.) Cancel
2.) Print customer sales check, return to sale
3.)Print receipt, complete sale
I have never seen this menu before and I don't know why it's doing it because I have it set to not print receipts. Any help? Do I need to change something in POSCONFG? Thanks. (ver. 6.28c)

In PosConfig, go to "Printer Setup" and set "Allow printing of sales checks" to "NO".

This should fix your problem.
