Hi ibmsystems:

I just looked at thae back of the POS terminal... if a RS485 is a 9-pin port with 5 pins on top and 4 on bottom then yes, it has two of these ports.

Hope that I got this right and that it helps. Kepp me posted.

Since it seems like DH-POS will not work on these, I am probably going to look at alternatives for software to run these 4694's.
